Use Villagio’s UT-25 All-In-One Urethane Flooring Adhesive for all of your flooring and cork needs. UT-25 is a high-performance hardwood flooring adhesive that provides a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces, and it is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture, water, or alkalinity. UT-25 is an easy clean for before cure.
This adhesive is used for residential, light commercial, heavy commercial, offices, and hospitals. UT-25 has ultra-low VOC and has NO formaldehyde. This flooring adhesive does not require moisture testing and provides unlimited moisture protection as well as sound control properties.
- Best Installed on the Following Substrates: Concrete, Plywood, OSB, Well Bonded Vinyl, Terrazzo, Ceramic Tile, Cement Backer Board, Gypsum Underlayment (dry, above-grade), and Cement Patch/Underlayment
- Best Used with the Following Materials: Engineered Hardwood, Solid Hardwood, Bamboo, Cork, Parquet, Plywood, Ceramic Tile, Marble, and Stone Inlays (residential or light commercial only).
UT-25 can be removed from the surface of our flooring without mineral spirits or hard chemicals. When not dry, cleaning up is easy. UT – 25 can be removed with any California approved Urethane Adhesive Remover.
